| The Construction Activity Permit program requires inspections of the construction site, by the entity with permit coverage, and by the permitting authority. It also requires the production of a plan at each construction site to manage stormwater runoff from the site in order to reduce or eliminate sediment and other pollutants from discharging from the site. We refer to these plans as Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) although they may be given another name depending on the regulating authority. |
